You may submit a Ticket in 2 ways:
- From the Freshdesk Portal, click "Submit a ticket"
- Email your ticket to challengerlifts@soe.freshdesk.com
NOTE: When Emailing tickets, if you are submitting tickets to the Challenger Service Department, include any of the following words in the subject line of your email: Service, Parts, Warranty to expedite notification to the Service Department.
You will receive an automated response confirming your request and providing your ticket number.
Should you have additional questions or need to follow-up, simply reply to your ticket e-mail.
To reopen a closed ticket, simply reply to the ticket email, or add a comment to the ticket from the portal. The ticket will automatically be reopened and the agent notified.

Service Department for Service and Parts:
challengerlifts@soe.freshdesk.com with Service, Parts or Warranty contained in the subject line.
