Distributors: How to Signup for the Challenger Lifts Freshdesk Portal

Introducing the Challenger Lifts Freshdesk Portal!

The Freshdesk portal provides you with access to all of your requests for Lifts, Accessories, Parts and Service that have been submitted on the portal or emailed to challengerlifts@soe.freshdesk.com!

SIGNUP

1. In your email system, add “@soe.freshdesk.com” to your safe senders list.

2. In your web browser, navigate to the Challenger Lifts Customer Portal: https://challengerlifts.freshdesk.com

3. Bookmark this site – you can even create a bookmark on your phone, for mobile access!

4. In the top-right corner click “Sign up”

5. Enter your Full Name

6. Enter the Email address you use for submitting lift, accessory, part and service requests

7. Complete the reCAPTCHA

8. Click Register

9. You will receive an email notification with a link to continue with the login process. (be sure to check your spam/junk mail)

10. Create a Password

LOGIN

1. Login to the Challenger Lifts Freshdesk Portal: https://challengerlifts.freshdesk.com

2. The Dashboard will display to view Submit a Ticket or view all Tickets

Issues Receiving the Activation Email

If you are trying to activate your email address on the Challenger Lifts Freshdesk portal and are not receiving the email with the activation link:

1. Click "Login" and click "Forgot your password" at the bottom of the screen.  
2. Enter the email address that you submit your tickets from.
3. You should then receive the password reset email.
4. Reset the password and you will be able to login.

Should you continue to have issues validating your account or logging in, please email challengerlifts@soe.freshdesk.com with "LOGIN ISSUES" in the subject line.  You may CC your Regional Manager and someone will follow-up with you.
