Troubles receiving my activation email

If you are trying to activate your email address on the Challenger Lifts Freshdesk portal and are not receiving the email with the activation link:

  1. Click "Login" and click "Forgot your password" at the bottom of the screen.  
  2. Enter the email address that you submit your tickets from.
  3. You should then receive the password reset email.
  4. Reset the password and you will be able to login.


Should you continue to have issues validating your account or logging in, please email challengerlifts@soe.freshdesk.com with "LOGIN ISSUES" in the subject line.  You may CC your Regional Manager and someone will follow-up with you.
