If you are trying to activate your email address on the Challenger Lifts Freshdesk portal and are not receiving the email with the activation link:
- Click "Login" and click "Forgot your password" at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the email address that you submit your tickets from.
- You should then receive the password reset email.
- Reset the password and you will be able to login.
Should you continue to have issues validating your account or logging in, please email challengerlifts@soe.freshdesk.com with "LOGIN ISSUES" in the subject line. You may CC your Regional Manager and someone will follow-up with you.
